2009 Model Employee of the Year

The award is given to an employee on the basis of the sum-total of her qualities as a dependable worker. The awardee has been observed to consistently put her best efforts in her specific job assignments which had practical to tangible benefits to the operation of his unit. She has demonstrated very responsible, steady, purposeful and hardworking attitude in carrying out her assigned tasks even without her superior’s guidance and supervision. Moreover, the awardee has demonstrated courtesy, good manners and right conduct in dealing with the public, her superiors, and peers.

Ms. Magat is currently an Administrative Assistant at the Cash Office. She had been with PLM since 26 May 1982 when she was employed as a Utilityman. She finished a 2-year secretarial course in 1981 and was granted an eligibility as Data Encoder by the CSC in 2007.
